The changes started when they decided to interact with everyone in the company to take an active part in the great transformation. Microsoft communications sites ensured employees had access to information that concerned their roles at the company. Yammer played a role in enabling in those daily discussions that would drive change.
The outcome was a company filled with employees who better understood their digitization strategy, and openly contributed toward reaching those ambitious goals together, and through open and honest dialogue that transcended hierarchy.
